THE have been our preferred supplier of training and consultancy for the last 7 years.
The organisation has retained Mike Scott's services as he has been able to understand the needs of the business and offer solutions that have solved problems, added value and developed the skills and knowledge of a number of our staff.
Key projects have included:-
- Coaching Seven Day Catering (Sub-contracted canteen/catering co.) in customer care;
- Running Negotiation Skills Training and Consultancy for 30 of our senior employees;
- Coaching Security staff in decision -making, communication and problem-solving skills;
