The training is always of a high standard and MCW go to great lengths to ascertain an employee's level of knowledge so that the training provided is as beneficial as possible. They have also adapted training programmes to suit our own needs and budgets. For example, last year our three receptionists needed basic training in both Excel and Word but could each only be spared for a maximum of one day. MCW provided a bespoke course which covered both Word and Excel in one day concentrating on the main areas of need. The feedback we receive from employees after the courses is always of a positive nature.'
